Description (partial)

Symptom:
In Service Manager | My Views, custom views are not alphabetized properly - or at least not like it was done in 9.4.  In 9.4, the "out of the box" views were listed first and then the custom views were listed alpha-numerically.  In 11, the custom views are mixed in with the standard views and it is not logical/obvious how the sorting is done.
