Description (partial)

Symptom:
After users apply the Microsoft update KB3069392 or KB3124001, they can no longer share in WebEx meetings. When clicking the Share button, other participants only see a blank grey screen. This occurs for every meeting.

Conditions:
Clients with Microsoft update KB3069392 installed (or KB3124001 from January 2016 that supersedes  KB3069392 : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/894199)

2015年7月23日(初版)   TAC SR Collection 主な問題 Windows PC に Microsoft 社提供の KB3069392 の Patch を適用後、Cisco WebEx Meetings Server (CWMS) の会議中に、デスクトップ、及び、アプリケーションの共有が正常に動作しません。共有を開始しても、他の参加者の画面上はグレーもしくはグリーンの画面の みが表示されます。 原因 CWMS のソフトウェア不具合 <key>CSCuv36151</key> が原因です。 解決策 KB3069392 の Patch をアンインストールする、もしくは、CWMS を <key>CSCuv36151</key> の修正バージョンへアップグレードする必要があります。
