Symptom:
Upgrade status displayed as running instead of complete

Conditions:
Running UCCX 11.0 

Issue is seen when we initiate upgrade from OS admin page

UCCX Upgrade Hangs
Hi  Hope someone have some insights on the below issue: When upgrading from UCCX 11 to UCCX 11.5 the upgrade hangs for several hours after showing the below logs .
