Description (partial)

Symptom:
Watchdog timeout during call switching (between different resolution calls) stress test

Conditions:
1. Phone B is a 8845 phone. Phone C is an 9951 phone.
2. Phone A, B and C are in the same device pool with 2Mbps video bandwidth.
3. Phone A make calls to phone B and phone C. Answer the calls.
    The resolution of the call with phone  B is 800x480. The resolution of the call with phone C is 640x480.
4. Switch the calls on phone A every 1.5s for 100 times.
5. End the calls.
6. Repeat steps 3-5.
