Description (partial)

Symptom:
MAB and Dot1x client authenticating via Cisco ISE with supplicant as 3560 running on version 'c3560e-universalk9-mz.152-3.E.bin'.

Conditions:
Active MAB and dot1x sessions on 3560 switch.
Reauth timer configured on ports.
Dot1x accounting is enabled.

Issue: We are seeing auth manager 'holding'  incrementing without adding new clients in the setup.

Findings: Issue was not seen when tested with other code i.e.c3560e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE7.bin
