Description (partial)

Symptom:
When browsing to the Music on Hold (MOH) audio file management page in the Unified Communications Manager Administration page you encounter the following error:
Error occurred during find. java.sql.SQLException: A syntax error has occurred. 
Informational Message 0 records found, 120 minutes available

Conditions:
One or more MOH files have been deleted from the filesystem but are still referenced in an xml file on the UCM server. These files have an invalid character in the filename such as an apostrophe.
