Description (partial)

Symptom:
894X phones when they fallback to SIP SRST, will delay any SIP signaling that comes to/from the phone every 120 seconds causing call setups and call disconnections to be delayed.

Conditions:
894X IP Phones using SIP
Phones registered to SIP SRST after a network or CUCM server failure.
SIP SRST configured in a Cisco Router. 
Make sure phone will lose connectivity completely to CUCM. Shutting down CUCM Service is not valid. The CUCM Cluster has to be completely down or unreachable.
