Symptom:
Additional information in documentation on troubleshooting an agent that will not start to add the following check for UNIX agent failing to start and just hanging on the following message and no logs to troubleshoot:

TIDAL Agent for UNIX
Starting agent testagent on port 5912
Opening Connection......

Check the IP of the agent server and how it is configured. Run ifconfig and gather system IP and compare it to the system's IP defined in the file -> /etc/hosts
