Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASR9k running with code 4.3.4 fib_mgr process crashed. Also process didnt re-start on it own. No MPLS , CEF commands outputs coming on the router. Though at the sametime execution of commands like " show ip int brief" , " show ip ro" would work and output seen.
