Description (partial)

Symptom:
MediaSense recording cuts off video recording after 5mins 30secs when using Jabber.

Conditions:
Jabber does not send I-Frames periodically which MediaSense is currently expecting in the normal processing. In-fact Jabber only sends I-Frames initially and then does not send any I-Frame by itself.
