Description (partial)

2 guest anchor WLANs, one doing local web auth the other one doing CWA.
If the client associates to the local web auth and then flips to one doing CWA, it can still pass traffic, the anchor will keep the client on the local web auth wlan and its interface while the foreign shows it is on the CWA one.

One controller configured with 2 WLANs one doing local Web Auth the other one doing CWA against ISE. 2 Anchor controllers. Client can associate to the local web auth open a web browser then flip the SSID to the CWA one and submit the page with the credentials for the local web auth.
