Description (partial)

Symptom:
<symptom>: When LDP session flaps and "isis protocol shut" "no shut" is performed, after the adjacency comes up max-metric will be in effect.

Conditions:
<condition>: The symptom is observed when ISIS neighbor(s) goes down and LDP neighbor(s) is still up.  When ISIS neighbor is re-established, it will report maximum metric in effect
You will see the following log message: *Mar 30 06:39:48.642: LDP-SYNC: Gi1/1, ISIS TAC: Ignore IGP enable-interface request: already enable
