Symptom:
When trying to setup a campaign in CMX Connect & Engage, in MSE 8.0.110.0 the "Zones" box will not populate the drop down with the available zones. This makes it impossible to setup a working campaign.

Conditions:
Running MSE 8.0.110.0 and setting up Connect & Engage campaigns
