Description (partial)

Symptom:
SW port value is shown as 'No link' after reverting to an older value.

Conditions:
1. Endpoint - DX80 with 10-3-1KK0-470dev is registered to CUCM
2. CUCM Version & IP - 10x & 20.20.20.38
3. Connect the PC port of the endpoint to a PC
4. Set switch port speed to which the endpoint is connected to 1000 Mbps & PC's network adapter to 1000 Mbps
5. Set the Switch port and PC port values of the endpoint to remote 'Auto negotiate' and also enable PALS(Automatic Link synchronization) from CUCM.
6. Change the PC adapter speed to 100 Mbps, so that the PALS will try to sync the SW port also to 100 Mbps but will not be able to do that. Since speed mismatch will be there.
7. Again change PC adapter value back to 1000 Mbps and observe the port1 value.
