Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer trying to install ESXi 5.5 Cisco ISO to C240-M3 and it fails.
Referenced CSCul03884 for guidance to get VMware to install due to memory issues.

When attempting to boot to Intel x520, the optionROM will not load when the 'Memory Mapped IO above 4GB' is enabled.

Error: "memory address not valid for this bus".

Conditions:
Install ESXi 5.5 on C240-M3 with numerous adapters attempting to iSCSI boot to Intel X520.
