Description (partial)

Symptom:
Drops may be seen when MPLS ping Packets terminate on ME3600X.
This is because these packets hit Queue 12 - which have an inbuilt policer.
This behavior is expected and DOES NOT affect pass through traffic at all and hence should not affect Production traffic!

Conditions:
Packet drops seen when MPLS Ping packets are destined to ME3600X box.
This Does not effect pass through / production behavior and is day one / default behavior.
