Description (partial)

Symptom:
An IP-based microsegment breaks for a quiet VM moved to a guest OS-based microsegment in another bridge domain.

Conditions:
This problem occurs under the following conditions:

a. VM is quiet: It responds to traffic but does not initiate traffic.

b. VM moves to a base endpoint group in the correct bridge domain in vCenter. It is supposed to move to an IP-based endpoint group in the same bridge domain; instead, it moves to another endpoint group in another bridge domain because it is guest-OS matched.

c. Traffic sent to the VM does not move the VM to an IP-based endpoint group. The VM is unreachable because it is in a different bridge domain.
