Description (partial)

Symptom:
When creating a new scheduled report in PCA 10.6 on Internet explorer, it doesn't create the report when a email address is given. If we remove the email address field, everything is created just fine.
Other browsers like Firefox and Chrome allows to create a report with the email address.

Conditions:
Problem with Internet Explorer
