Description (partial)

Symptom:
SASD Video Wall is restarting itself over and over again every minute, though the video from the cameras is displaying normally.  SASD reports the error: Access to the path C:\ProgramData\Cisco\SASD\VideoWallsCache\1_<uid>.xml is denied.

Conditions:
On computers where SASD version 7.6.0 is installed for the first time, not upgraded from a previous version of SASD.
