Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) 3300 Series Appliances

Known Affected Releases

1.3(0.876)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Clicking on the port id in the authentication logs in order to bring up the Network Device Session Status details will not work if the switch is configured with snmpv3.
With v2 it works just great. With v3, ISE says the device is not reachable but actually not a single SNMP packet is leaving is or arriving on the switch.

this is easily reproducible. Even happens on auth sec level only.

Conditions:
systematic if you have snmpv3 configured on the switch and ISE.
