Cisco Bug: CSCut59649 - CUP 8.x with demo license can't migrate to 10.x correctly

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Post Migration from CUP 8.5.4 to IMP 10.5.2 and making changes to User in UCM, IM&P is disabled for that user. Home Cluster checkbox is unchecked whereas IM & Presence checkbox is checked. After save, both are unchecked. Conditions: Must meet all the following conditions: IM & Presence versions prior to 9.x running on Demo License. UCM versions prior to 9.x No related configuration for voice/video on UCM. Upgrade UCM and CUP to version 9.x or later during Demo license period. Save changes on the UCM End User Configuration page while Home Cluster is not checked.
