Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUCM 9.x and later User Options web page frozen after selecting the Directory tab and navigating to another menu before the directory completes loading.

Conditions:
CUCM contains a big number of end users (20,000) in the database. From the User Options WebUI, Directory is chosen and inmediately after than, before the list of users completes loading, another menu is selected.
