Description (partial)

Symptom:
A vulnerability in Cisco WebEx Train Release which could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to execute unwanted actions.

The vulnerability is due to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by tricking the user of a web application 
into executing an adverse action.

Conditions:
The Cisco WebEx Train Release running with default configuration running an affected version of software.
