Description (partial)

Symptom:
N7K line card crash with  "ipfib" core file generated.

Conditions:
crash observed on N7K running ospfv3.

OSPF is adding the link local route with 4 different next hops. Which should not be 
added.  This crash can happen on ANY LC flavor running any version of nxos before 6.2(14) release.
