Last Modified

Dec 24, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco ASR 5000 Series

Known Affected Releases

16.2.6.57816

Description (partial)

Symptom:
At this time the system needs to alert the user of the chassis when the total sessmgrs on system is not the same value as the connected sessmgrs:

******** show srp checkpoint statistics *******
Tuesday March 24 11:12:42 UTC 2015
  Number of Sessmgrs: 336
  Sessmgrs in Active-Connected state: 0
  Sessmgrs in Standby-Connected state: 312
  Sessmgrs in Pending-Active state: 0

An snmp trap/event should be generated when the Connected Session Managers is less than the total and clear when they are equal.

Conditions:
The total connected sessmgrs is not equal to the total configured sessmgrs on the chassis.
