Description (partial)

Symptom:
During service profile association, firmware upgrade on third-party Converged Network Adapters (CNA) fails with error "Unable to find VNIC Device"

Conditions:
Rack server with 
1.UCSC-PCIE-C10T-02 or UCSC-MLOM-C10T-02
2. Any thirdparty CNA adapter
3. Firmware update triggered for thid-party CNA adapter.

To hit the this issue all the above 3 condition should be met.
