Symptom: The admin account for CCM Administration will be locked out for 30 minutes after an incorrect password is entered via the 'utils itl reset localkey' command. Conditions: An admin attempts to reset ITLs via SSH and enters the wrong password. The default credential policy in Unified Communications Manager 10.5(1) specifies a lockout period of 30 minutes after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.
