Description (partial)

Symptom:
The OpenFlow implementation on the Nexus 3000/3100 platforms allows flows to be programmed that are not supported by the underlying hardware. For example, you can program a flow that matches on input port, VLAN ID, and EtherType 0x806 (ARP), which is not supported. The entry is programmed in the interface ACL and them into Sup TCAM, but packets are never matched (due to the VLAN ID + ARP match).

Conditions:
- OpenFlow Plug-in implementation on Nexus 3000/3100 platforms
- Flow matching on ARP (EtherType 0x806) and VLAN ID
