Symptom: CCB Long EWT- Preemptive Prompt Session Timeout when EWT >100 mins and Drops the Customer Call Conditions: During our Testing of Courtesy Callback Feature with Long EWT (Estimated Wait Time) Values we see that whenever the EWT is equal or greater than 100 mins then Callback EWT Prompt Fails and then Drops the Customer Call.
