Symptom: CCB-Maximum Callbacks Per Calling Number Doesn't Work Correctly Conditions: We observe that if the same Customer Calls using same Calling Line & Called Number then the Courtesy Callback is offered to that Customer irrespective of what configuration we have set in OAMP Page for Maximum Callbacks Per Calling Number.
