Description (partial)

When the clock is set to previous date or changing back by 1 or 2 hours when there are active calls setup and teardown is in progress will result in rmmgr crashes and in case of Standalone SGW it is also seen that all the aaamgr disappear showing "missing aaamgr" in 'show session recovery status verbose'

As part of leap second test validation the clock has to be set to 30th June and which is done by using CLI "clock set <Clock in format YYYY:MM:DD:HH:mm or YYYY:MM:DD:HH:mm:ss>" or by syncing the SGW/PGW with the ntp server. Once the clock is set any further attempt made to change the clock back by 1 or 2 hours or might be more than that will result in rmmgr crashes and aaamgr disappearing.
However, it is not suggested to change the clock in runtime, and its not the actual practice
