Cisco Bug: CSCut53196 - Name of RTT trace file is not matching with required format .

Last Modified

Dec 24, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco ASR 5000 Series

Known Affected Releases

16.4.0

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Name of RTT trace file is not matching with required format .

As per requirement the name convention of the RTT trace files of raw and formatted data should be "raw_rtrace_<trace_id>_<queryid><mm/dd/yyyy>_<mmhhss>"
and formatted_rtrace_<trace_id>_<queryid><mm/dd/yyyy>_<mmhhss> respectively.

But currently month of execution is missing in both file names and trace banner.

Ex:

Test Steps:
 Install Intracer build 16.0.319

1: Login to Intracer GUI and navigate to Configure -> LTE Trace > Real Time Trace Config.
Enable "Enable Real Time Trace" check box, make sure "Node CPU Threshold"=75% and "Trace Path" is configured.
Keep the Key Names as default.
2:Navigate to Trace > 3GPP Trace > Real Time Traces > New and enter valid details and click on Save button.
Ex: Name = RTT_Test
Duration= 5 mins
Node = TestNode (Make sure this LTE node should be configured prior to this step)
Trace Type = Active
Subscriber Id type = IMSI
Subscriber Id value = 123456789012345
3: Select this configured RTT and click on start.
4: Create a LTE session based on the node configuration and verify if the traces are captured in formatted tab as well as in raw data tab.
5: Verify the file name convention at configured trace path i.e. <c_intracer_installdir>/data/QS/ (Default path).
