Symptom: Blank page while opening the service profiles in (User Management -> User Settings -> Service Profile ) Conditions: It happens due to the processing of comma as a delimiter even when the string is quoted. e.g., In the line: <SearchContext1>OU=Customers,DC=UCAAS01,DC=b2gaas,DC=local</SearchContext1> comma is taken as the delimiting character due to which the closing tag for search context is discarded.
