Description (partial)

Symptom:
BRI Protocol drop down box is empty in MGCP BRI Port gateway configuration page limiting the configuration(addition) of Cisco MGCP BRI Port for VG350 gateway.

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path Device->Gateway and add VG350 gateway of MGCP type.
3)In Gateway configuration page, Beneath Configured Slots, VICs and Endpoints section, have the slot and subunit configured as given below..
Module in Slot 0-- NM-4VWIC-MBRD and Subunit 0 as VIC2-2BRI
4)Click on 0/0/0 port to configure BRI port .
5)In Gateway Configuration page , BRI Protocol dropdown box under Interface Information scetion is empty preventing the add of Cisco MGCP BRI port for VG350 gateway.
