Symptom: brand new or RMA MXE-3500-V3 (ucs-c220-m3) but failed to boot into any system due to HDD not detected without Raid controller PCIe slot enabled by default. when booting up, they will see from KVM indicating error saying fail to detect boot device. during the initial boot up, they will not see the Raid controllor/HDD displayed before seeing the error. on CIMC, RAID-5 and HDDs are presented and showing as online. Conditions: brand new or RMA MXE-3500-V3 (ucs-c220-m3) come with default PCIe slot setting with "All PCIe Slots Option [disabled]"
