Symptom:
CU are not aware how long phone tracking takes and/or when it has completed.

The request is to take the information that we populate the phone tracking logs with and put that into a progress meter for the UI of the Phone Tracking page.

Additionally if possible add a windowing ETA for time remaining.

Conditions:
Phone tracking is running.
