Symptom:
request a feature enhancement for the Productivity Tools related to the Scheduling System Maintenance feature.

Currently, our users receive the following message in outlook when attempting to access CWMS during the "locked for system maintenance" condition:

"The system is having difficulty processing your request.   Try again a little later."

When accessing the system via the Webpage, users received a valid explanation indicating that the system is down for maintenance.

Conditions:
System is in Maint Mode
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
