Description (partial)

Symptom:
When LLQ is configured on the CMTS, the linecard will crash repeatedly at boot up time, or shortly after boot.

Any one of the below LLQ configuration will cause this problem: 
cable upstream 0 scheduling type nrtps mode llq
cable upstream 0 scheduling type rtps mode llq
cable upstream 0 scheduling type ugs mode llq

Conditions:
This problem occurs when LLQ mode for the scheduling types NRTPS, RTPS, or UGS is configured.
