Description (partial)

Call-home used in conjunction with smart licensing will fail to connect and register when ip http client source-interface <x> cmd points to an interface configured only for IPv4 on a chassis where dual-stack is enable elsewhere.

Router will query only an AAAA record for license server despite IPv4 only configuration of source-interface.

Call-home source interface uses only IPv4 and WAN interfaces are configured for dual-stack.
