Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call gets disconnected after ICSR switchover, and the disconnect reason being "graceful-cleanup-on-audit-fail "

Conditions:
Install 2 dynamic Rules on default Bearer, check these Rules are checkpointed to Standby chassis. Send a Revalidation CCR-U and in CCA-U remove 1 dynamic Rule and install another dynamic rule.
Check these Rules are removed from Standby chassis also . Initiate a switchover. Call gets disconnected from newly active chassi due to "graceful-cleanup-on-audit-fail"
