Description (partial)

Symptom:
Packet drops, both data and control packets, resulting in fabricpath adjacency flaps on the interface. The 'show interface e*/*' shows FCS/Receive errors counters going up.

Conditions:
Write-erase reload and reapplying the config for an interface which is configured within config-sync switch-profile. Is not consistently reproducible.
