Symptom:
1. Latency in web requests
2. The following messages are observed in the proxy logs:

Wed Mar 18 10:30:51 2015 Critical: PROXY : - : Threshold limit = 44169
Wed Mar 18 10:30:51 2015 Warning: PROX_CONNTRACK : - : hit highConnsThresh - persist shutoff

3. Running netstat command shows that most connections are in CLOSED state

Conditions:
Requests are transparently redirected to the WSA and client connection is closed before data can be received by the client
