Description (partial)

Symptom:
Installing certificate on DX endpoint will enforce the PIN screen lock.

Conditions:
In CUCM, on the Phone Configuration page, set "Require Screen Lock" to "User Controlled".  You must check the box to the right of this setting or it will not take effect.

Uncheck the box for "Enforce Screen Lock During Display-On Time".
Check the box to the right if it is not automatically checked when changing the setting.
Save and reset the DX80.

On the DX, go to Settings > Security > Screen lock, set to None.
Screen lock is now disabled.

Install CA certificate from USB drive.
PIN Screen Lock is then enabled and cannot be removed
