Description (partial)

Symptom:
the following symptoms are observed: 
- high CPU (up to 100%)
- device crash 
- spanning-tree loop
- MAC flaps (on unauth port)

In addition, when SPAN is configured on unauth port, packets are still captured.

Conditions:
interface with dot1x configured with 'authentication control-direction in'
