Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a port-channel is configured with one of the member ports numbers greater than 64 to a NPV device with trunking enabled and the links never come up, the ports show error disabled immediately on the NPV device.

Conditions:
On a Cisco MDS 9396S, when a switch has a port-channel, with one of the member port numbers' greater than 64, port-channel does not come up with trunking enabled.
