Description (partial)

Video playback is not smooth.

The TP portion of the following recordings are intermittently freezing during streaming play back.  The issue is specific to the recordings as the TP video was fine during the live meetings.  The freezing issue can be duplicated on multiple computers and browser and on both the customer's network and on the Cisco network.  Downloading the recordings is NOT an option as the downloaded version does not contain the TP portion of the video.
