Conflicting documentation for Unified CCE QoS:
The version 10.5(1) Unified CCE Design Guide (June 18, 2014) states that the QoS Setup on the Unified CCE Router and PG is necessary only if the marking is done in the Unified ICM and is trusted by the network. This is at the top of page 249. 
The version 10.5(1) (June 18,2014) Installation guide mentions enabling QoS only for the router in step 8 on page 37. 
The Virtualization Wiki ( states QoS must be enabled for Unified CCE private network communications web setup for the router and PG Setup.

The UCCE Design Guide, and the UCCE Installation and Upgrade Guide, as well as the Virtualization DocWiki, have been updated to state the following:  Enable QoS for all Unified CCE Private network traffic. For most deployments, disable QoS for the Visible (public) network traffic.
