Description (partial)

Symptom:
console logs are creating during AP-GUI login session and pse status

Conditions:
Issue 1: AP GUI Login event throws console logs when AP powered through POE/POE+ and with same AP source, if execute cli "show pse_status" also this console logs come.

*Mar  8 01:01:51.411: I2C bus 2 write transaction did not rx ACK at line: 300, SR = 0x00A3
*Mar  8 01:01:51.411: I2C bus 2 write transaction did not rx ACK at line: 300, SR = 0x00A3
*Mar  8 01:01:51.411: I2C bus 2 write transaction did not rx ACK at line: 446, SR = 0x00A3
*Mar  8 01:01:51.411: I2C bus 2 write transaction did not rx ACK at line: 300, SR = 0x00A3

Issue 2: When unplugged the gig port from AP, prints following logs,
PSE Interrupt is generated
COMPLETION OF CLASSIFICATION!!!
COMPLETION OF DETECTION!!!
LOAD DISCONNECTION!!!
PGOOD STATUS CHANGED!!!
POWER ENABLE STATUS CHANGED!!!
