Description (partial)

Symptom:
VxLAN traffic get dropped on Nexus 3172 running as vPC peer. traffic was received from vPC downstream interface but is not sent out to the VxLAN SPINE node.
MAC and ARP entries are existing when ping fails. ping may work for some other hosts in same VLAN, which proves VxLAN function is working for some IP pairs.

Conditions:
This happens with basic setup. No specific triggers.
