Description (partial)

When assign a server to a global service profile, the global service profile complains that some ids has already been used.

One ID has been assigned to two different global service profiles. This can only happen for very rare usecase, which is related to renamed GSP not pushed down to UCSM, and then got renamed back to original GSP.
